My work has included research and documentary filmmaking focused on the experiences and psychosocial health of Nepali migrant workers in different countries.

This work involved research and interactions with Nepali migrant communities, diplomats, and members of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). It explored the challenges faced by migrant workers and the importance of bringing their experiences and well-being into wider public conversations.

Through research and documentary storytelling, I have sought to highlight social issues affecting Nepali communities abroad and contribute to greater awareness of the realities of migration.
